                                                   Sure-Step LIMITED WARRANTY
                                                                   March 1, 2007

JIMDI, INC. warrants to the purchaser that all products sold by JIMDI, INC., or by its authorized dealers to
be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years.  After which an additional
five (5) YEARS WILL BE PRO-RATED AS FOLLOWS:

     ~  After 4 years - 80%
     ~  After 5 years - 60%
     ~  After 6 years - 40%
     ~  After 7 years - 20%
     ~  After 8 years - 0%

Upon presentation of sufficient evidence to convince JIMDI, INC. that a defect exists, JIMDI, INC. will make
restitution in the form of repair or replacement.

Furthermore, the JIMDI, INC. warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:

     1.  The product must be installed and used in a manner consistent with the instructions provided by
           JIMDI, INC.

     2.  JIMDI, INC. reserves the right to require the return of defective product at the purchaser's expense.

     3.  A copy of the original sales invoice must be evidence of proof of purchase and warranty period.
          The invoice date will establish the beginning of the warranty period.

     4.  This warranty applies to JIMDI, INC. product cost only and specifically excluded the following:

          ~  The support system and any damage caused by a malfunction of the support system used by the
               purchaser in the installation of JIMDI, INC. product.

          ~  Transportation cost of replacement product.

         ~   Labor relative to the removal of defective product and the ibnstallationh of replacement product.

         ~  JIMDI, INC. product, which has been altered in any way, including damage caused as a result of
              assembly or attachment to anything other than the recommended support system.

         ~  Any and all damages resulting from the malfunction of JIMDI, INC. product, including injuries.
