Sure Step Hog Flooring Warranty

JIMDI, INC. warrants to the purchaser that all products sold by JIMDI, INC., or by its authorized dealers, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. Upon presentation of sufficient evidence to convince JIMDI, INC. that a defect exists, JIMDI, INC. will make restitution in the form of repair or replacement.

Furthermore, the JIMDI, INC. warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:

The product must be installed and used for its agricultural purpose in a manner consistent with the instructions provided by JIMDI, INC.
JIMDI, INC. reserves the right to require the return of defective product at the purchaser’s expense.
Proof of purchase and warranty period must be evidenced by a copy of the original sales invoice. The invoice date will establish the beginning to the warranty period.
This warranty applies to JIMDI, INC. product cost only and specifically excluded the following:
- The support system (other than JIMDI’s product), and any damage caused by a malfunction of the support system (other than JIMDI’s product), used by the purchaser in the installation of JIMDI, INC. product.
- Transportation of replacement product.
- Labor relative to the removal of defective product and the installation of replacement product.
- JIMDI, INC. product which has been altered in anyway, including damage caused as a result of assembly or attachment to anything other than the recommended support system.
- Any and all damages resulting from the malfunction of JIMDI, Inc. product, including injuries to either livestock or persons.
